Philips

Incisive CT

The Philips Incisive CT is a whole-body computed tomography system designed to balance image quality, dose efficiency and cost of ownership for routine and advanced clinical CT. Available in 32-, 64- and 128-slice configurations with a 72 cm bore and 50 cm scan field of view, it covers the full spectrum of everyday imaging — head, chest, abdomen, musculoskeletal and vascular studies — as well as cardiac examinations with rotation times as fast as 0.35 seconds.

At its core is the Philips vMRC X-ray tube (8 MHU heat capacity). Where available, the Tube for Life program provides tube replacement at no additional cost during the product life defined by Philips as 10 years; availability varies by country and must be confirmed with Philips. The 80 kW generator with 70–140 kV settings, together with iterative reconstruction, delivers low-noise images at reduced radiation dose, while intelligent workflow tools guide positioning and protocol selection to keep results consistent between operators.
