EDAN

F9 Express

Fetal monitors

The EDAN F9 Express is a fetal and maternal monitor for antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum monitoring. Its 12.1-inch colour touch screen tilts by 60°, and a 12-crystal 1.0 MHz waterproof transducer produces a wide ultrasound beam for FHR detection. Fetal parameters include twin FHR, uterine activity, fetal movement, intrauterine pressure and direct fetal ECG (DECG); maternal parameters include NIBP, SpO2, heart rate, ECG and temperature. A built-in antepartum CTG analysis gives an objective assessment of the trace, and the optional FTS-3 telemetry system with waterproof cordless transducers supports wireless twin monitoring, including during water births. EDAN (Edan Instruments, Shenzhen, China) develops and manufactures diagnostic ECG, patient-monitoring, obstetric and other medical equipment.
