The MedTeKo SMVi-200 (СМВи-200-Мед ТеКо) is a microwave therapy apparatus that treats local areas of the body with a centimetre-wave electromagnetic field at 2.45 GHz. The manufacturer lists output power of up to 200 W in continuous and pulsed modes, microprocessor control and a mobile stand whose applicator holder can be fixed in different positions. It is intended for physiotherapy departments and treatment rooms. MedTeKo (OOO Med TeKo, Mytishchi, Russia) has developed and manufactured medical equipment since 2001, including low-temperature sterilizers, air-disinfection devices and physiotherapy equipment.
