CORE nova

OR integration

Richard Wolf core nova is an operating-room integration solution. It lets staff operate all integrated medical devices from any workstation in the OR, with a clear display of device functions and status, synchronised operator terminals and centrally managed user presets. Besides Richard Wolf endoscopic devices, it can operate products from other manufacturers such as operating tables, operating lights and high-frequency devices. Its core.browser software takes the patient worklist from the hospital IT system, tags recorded images and videos with the patient ID and stores them in the digital archive; it runs on the endoscopic cart without a separate technical room or server rack. Richard Wolf's OR digitisation business is now run by its subsidiary RIWOlink. Richard Wolf (Knittlingen, Germany) develops and manufactures endoscopic instruments and systems and describes minimally invasive surgery as its core competence for more than a hundred years.
