Flight 60T

Ventilators

The Flight Medical Flight 60T is the turbine edition of the Flight 60 ventilator, presented by Flight Medical as an acute-care ventilator for critical care and acute non-invasive ventilation. According to the operator's manual, it is intended for adult and paediatric patients weighing at least 5 kg and for use in hospitals, sub-acute emergency rooms, home care, transport and emergency response. Modes include assist-control and SIMV with pressure, volume or PRVC breaths, spontaneous CPAP/BPAP, volume-guarantee and bi-level (APRV) ventilation, with tidal volumes from 30 to 2,200 ml. The ventilator weighs 5.5 kg (6.0 kg with the integrated oxygen mixer) and records up to 72 hours of trends. Two internal batteries provide up to 8 hours of operation.
