MVE

CryoShipper Mini

Cryogenic transport

The MVE CryoShipper Mini is a compact dry shipper for small consignments of cryopreserved samples. Liquid nitrogen is absorbed in removable Cryo Block inserts placed in the vessel's wide 8.5-inch (216 mm) neck; the size of the inserts sets both the sample space and the hold time. According to MVE's hold-time data, two small, medium or large inserts give approximately 4, 5 or 7 days, respectively, and inserts can be combined. A protective shipping container is available as an accessory. MVE Biological Solutions (USA), formerly part of Chart Industries and now part of the Cryoport group, manufactures liquid-nitrogen dewars, vapor shippers and freezers for cryopreservation.
