Ventilators

The elisa 800 is Löwenstein Medical's premium-class intensive care ventilator, combining invasive ventilation, non-invasive ventilation with high leakage compensation, high-flow oxygen therapy and helmet ventilation in one platform. Its large, fully configurable touchscreen adapts to each hospital's internal standards, reducing operating errors and shortening staff training.

For lung-protective ventilation, the elisa 800 offers an exceptional bedside toolset: the PEEPfinder for individual PEEP titration, volumetric capnometry, and esophageal and transpulmonary pressure monitoring via a modified gastric tube. Comprehensive weaning indicators and the Weaning Analyzer support difficult and prolonged weaning, while Cuffscout continuously maintains and monitors cuff pressure to reduce VAP risk, with automatic leak and cough detection.

A modular option system extends the platform further: LEOCLAC closed-loop control of inspiratory oxygen based on integrated pulse oximetry, bedside indirect calorimetry for nutrition monitoring, EEG-based sedation monitoring, nasal BiLevel ventilation via prongs, and safe application of volatile anesthetics with multi-gas measurement.
