Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 6 October 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website operated by Meditech LLC (“Meditech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including its product information, downloadable materials, enquiry forms, and online service platform where these Terms are displayed.

Meditech is a medical equipment supplier and service provider based in Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

Please read these Terms before using the website. Where acceptance is required to register an account or use a particular feature, you must accept the applicable terms before proceeding.

These Terms govern website use. They do not replace a separately agreed quotation, purchase contract, warranty, maintenance agreement, or service agreement. For a particular transaction, the applicable agreement takes precedence over conflicting website terms, subject to mandatory law.

2. Purpose of the Website

The website provides information about Meditech, the equipment we offer, our manufacturer relationships, and the services available for equipment supplied by us.

Visitors may use the website to explore products, download available materials, request quotations, arrange consultations or demonstrations, submit career enquiries, and contact our team.

Website content is general product and business information. It is not medical advice and does not replace professional clinical judgment, manufacturer instructions, equipment training, or a technical assessment.

3. Product Information and Availability

We take reasonable care to present accurate and current information. However, product specifications, software features, accessories, configurations, and availability may vary by market, model, and manufacturer revision.

Images, videos, and brochures may show optional accessories or configurations that are not included in a standard offer. A product’s appearance on the website does not by itself confirm current stock, availability in Armenia, or suitability for a particular clinical application.

Before placing an order, please confirm the required configuration, intended use, applicable documentation, installation requirements, and delivery conditions with Meditech.

We may correct errors or update catalogue information. Such changes do not automatically alter an existing agreement or reduce rights provided by law.

4. Quotations and Orders

Unless expressly identified as a binding offer, website listings and general promotional materials are invitations to contact Meditech about a potential purchase.

Submitting a quotation request, enquiry, or demonstration request does not itself create a purchase contract. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt only, unless it expressly states otherwise.

A binding order is established through the applicable offer and acceptance process agreed with Meditech and recognized by law.

The relevant quotation or contract will specify the equipment, configuration, price, currency, taxes, payment terms, delivery arrangements, installation scope, warranty, and other commercial conditions.

Cancellation, return, and refund arrangements are governed by the applicable agreement and mandatory law. These website Terms do not establish a separate returns policy.

5. Installation, Training, and After-Sales Service

Meditech provides installation, training, warranty support, preventive maintenance, repairs, spare parts, and engineering assistance for equipment supplied by Meditech.

The scope of each service depends on the equipment, its condition, the applicable agreement, manufacturer requirements, and technical assessment.

References to 24/7 engineering support describe access to assistance. They do not, by themselves, guarantee immediate on-site attendance, parts availability, or repair completion. Any agreed response times or service commitments remain governed by the relevant agreement.

Warranty duration, coverage, exclusions, and preventive-maintenance arrangements are determined by the terms applicable to the supplied equipment and mandatory law.

6. Online Service Platform

Authorized customers may use the service platform to submit and manage equipment-related requests, including diagnostics, repairs, warranty support, maintenance, and spare-parts enquiries.

Please provide accurate contact details, equipment identification, location, and a clear description of the issue. Additional information may be needed before a technical assessment or visit can be arranged.

Submitting a ticket does not automatically confirm warranty coverage, authorize chargeable repairs, or establish a completion date. Where approval is required, the proposed work and charges will be communicated for authorization.

The platform is not an emergency medical service. For an urgent equipment issue, contact Meditech engineering support directly and follow your facility’s safety procedures and the manufacturer’s instructions.

7. Accounts and Authorized Users

If an account is provided, you must:

  • Supply accurate registration information and keep it current.
  • Use the account only within your authorized role.
  • Protect your login credentials and avoid sharing personal account access.
  • Notify Meditech promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
  • Access only records and equipment information you are entitled to view.

If you act for a healthcare institution or another organization, you must have authority for the requests or approvals you submit on its behalf.

Organizations should notify Meditech when an authorized user leaves or no longer requires access.

8. Information and Files You Submit

You retain any ownership rights you hold in the materials you submit. You must have the necessary authority to share them with Meditech.

You permit Meditech to use submitted materials as necessary to handle your request, subject to applicable confidentiality obligations, data-protection law, and our Privacy Policy. Relevant technical information may need to be shared with the manufacturer or authorized specialists involved in the case.

Please remove unnecessary personal information from photographs, screenshots, logs, and other files. Do not upload identifiable patient information through general enquiry forms or routine service tickets.

If identifiable patient information is genuinely necessary for an investigation, contact Meditech first so that the lawful basis, authorized recipients, and suitable transfer arrangements can be established.

Do not submit passwords, access keys, or other confidential credentials through ordinary contact forms.

9. Acceptable Use

You must use the website and service platform lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority.
  • Access another customer’s account or confidential records without authorization.
  • Upload malicious software or knowingly harmful files.
  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.
  • Bypass access controls or conduct unauthorized security testing.
  • Submit fraudulent requests, unlawful content, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
  • Use automated tools in a way that disrupts the website or unlawfully extracts restricted information.

10. Intellectual Property

Website text, designs, photographs, graphics, logos, software, and downloadable materials belong to Meditech or their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view the website and download materials made available for that purpose for lawful personal or internal professional use, subject to any notices accompanying them.

Copying, modifying, republishing, selling, or using protected materials in external advertising requires permission from the relevant rights holder unless permitted by law.

Manufacturer names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Their display does not grant visitors permission to use them or imply authorization beyond the relationship expressly described.

11. Third-Party Resources

The website may link to manufacturer websites, external platforms, or other third-party resources.

Those resources are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy policies. Meditech does not control their content, availability, or security.

Any responsibilities Meditech has under a separate supply or service agreement remain unaffected.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Meditech handles personal data collected through the website, communications, and service platform.

Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute blanket consent to unrelated data processing or promotional communications. Separate notices or consent requests will be provided where required.

13. Website Availability and Liability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, technical faults, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

General website information should be confirmed with Meditech before it is relied upon for a purchase, installation, or technical decision.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Meditech is not responsible for losses caused solely by unauthorized use of an account by the user, misuse of website materials, or failures of independent third-party websites. Responsibility for any incident will depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, restricts mandatory consumer rights, or reduces Meditech’s obligations under an applicable supply, warranty, or service agreement.

14. Restriction or Suspension of Access

Meditech may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security threat, unauthorized activity, unlawful use, or a material breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate and practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Suspension of website or portal access does not automatically terminate an existing contract or remove applicable warranty or service rights. Customers may contact Meditech directly regarding ongoing obligations.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services, or applicable requirements.

The revised version will show its effective date. Where required, we will provide notice or obtain renewed acceptance before material changes apply.

Updates will not retrospectively change an existing purchase or service agreement without a lawful basis or the necessary agreement.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply.

If a concern arises, please contact Meditech so we can attempt to resolve it directly. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, contacting a competent authority, or exercising legal rights.

Disputes that cannot be resolved will be referred to the competent courts in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules, unless a valid separate agreement provides otherwise.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
